BROCKPORT.EDU/THESPACE myBROCKPORT is a website created by The Space that allows Brockport groups and organizations to post information about the group and communicate with other group members.
The College at Brockport has launched a brand new online student involvement system called myBROCKPORT. This new interactive site contains the master list of all student organizations and other student involvement opportunities available for students. This list includes academic honor societies, BSG clubs, fraternities and sororities, club sports, residence hall groups, student councils and new interest groups.
Some of myBROCKPORT's additional features include:
Easy registration — Visit www.brockport.edu/bounce/mybrockport. Your myBROCKPORT log-in information is your Brockport NetID and password.
Find events — The virtual "flyerboard" on the myBROCKPORT homepage is interactive and has information on all of the student events going on across campus.
Find new ways to involved — The myBROCKPORT system will recommend student organizations and events based on your interests that you fill out when you register. You can also browse the entire list and reach out to any groups for details on how to join, or when their next meeting or event is.
Register your group — We are in the process of registering more than 150 existing student groups. If you are a leader in an existing student organization that is not yet listed in myBROCKPORT contact Amy Kruppenbacher at thespace@brockport.edu or stop by The Space to register for your group.
Start a new student organization — If you don't see a group listed in myBROCKPORT, register as a new "Interest Group" and explore the opportunities to grow as a student organization. We will help you connect with the recognition opportunities through Brockport Student Government, Recreational Services, Fraternity and Sorority Life.
Connect with your organization's members — Whether you are a student organization president or a general member, stay connected with the groups you are a part of. Each group page includes the ability to utilize features such as a discussion wall, news articles, photo albums, online forms, roster, events and documents.
Showcase your group — Each student organization has their own unique strengths and highlights. Showcase all of the great things that your group is doing — from fundraising efforts and successful campus events to honors and awards won.
View and print your Student Involvement Record — You will be able to create a co-curricular transcript listing all of your involvement within myBROCKPORT. It will be a great addition to your résumé and portfolio. It will also include the ability to record all of the community service hours that you have completed.
Check out myBROCKPORT today and make Brockport yours! Stay tuned as myBROCKPORT continues to grow each day.
